Jennifer played soccer and received her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia. After graduating from UAB Physican’s Assistant program, she began working with Dr. Appell. She has worked for Dr. Appell for 18 years, assisting him in and out of surgery. Jennifer enjoys traveling, hiking and anything outdoors when she is not working.
Zeina Berryhill, CMA
Medical Assistant/Surgery Scheduler
Zeina wears many hats at the office. She will schedule your surgery, get your studies and injections approved, answer any questions you may have and assist Dr. Appell in the clinic. Zeina has over 20 years experience in orthopedics and 10 of those years are with Dr. Appell. She is married and has 3 amazing children. If she is not at the office, then she running around with her kids and their many activities.
